I'm in shock that Penelope is already 1 month old. In some ways it seems like she has been in our lives forever and at other times it seems like we brought her home yesterday. In the mornings I feel like I'm in the movie Groundhog Day, but then I see her do something new or hear a different tone to her cry and I realize how much she has changed. By the way her cry still sounds like a squawking bird but now it gets shaky so it is sort of a crow mixed with Katherine Hepburn. I tried to take some pictures on her 1 month birthday. It was a challenging photo shoot!
This is our Fusszilla doing her best performance:

And here she is calmed by the baby straightjacket--marketed to parents as The Miracle Blanket

Finally a picture of an adorable baby!

Hair a little crazy after the bath

Picture from Sunday night. This was the dress for the play date that she slept through :)

HAPPY 1 MONTH BIRTHDAY!!!!! You are adorable no matter what!! Love the play date dress.......It looks like that "miracle" blanket does a wonderful job!!! Lots of love, hugs, and kisses all around!
Happy One Month.
Didn't you get the model number for the non-crying variety from Amy. I look at their pictures of Molly and she has never cried in 18 months.
She has changed a lot in one month. I was looking at a bunch of pictures here with Grandma, Grandpa, and you kids when you were babies. In some ways it seems like that was yesterday also. One month turns into 20 years too fast. Enjoy Miss Fusszilla while you can
Time really goes by fast when you have kids and it seems that the older they get, the faster it goes by!!
The pics are great! I love the "playdate dress"-too cute! Happy one month b-day Penny Jane!
Laura!! What a surprise to hear from you!! I'm so glad that you found my blog! Congrats on the baby, she sure is adorable!! What have you been up to and when did you get married? I feel so way behind on your life but I'm glad that we can keep in better touch now. What I remember is always taking the bus home with you Greta and Davida and I think we always went to your house and ate that frozen pizza thing or something that was yummy. Oh, I miss the crazy theatre days...those were fun. Well it was so great to hear from you!! LOVE YA!!
Yeah, Molly absolutely never cries. I'll have her call Penelope and straighten her out :) She's adorable!!! I just want to kiss and hug her.
