I'm not sure of the name. I'll have to look for it again. It tasted like an apple flavored sour punch. It made my tastebuds numb. If you do want to try a new apple, I recommend the Sweetango. Brought to you from the same University of Minnesota group that created the Honeycrisp. (By the way, this isn't genetic modification, just hybridizing of apples. Genetic modification means they take two different types of species that would have no chance of coming together in nature and forcing them together. I know things like this from Michael Pollan's documentary The Botany of Desire. I highly recommend it!)

Mostly Wordless Wednesday
